Clients must provide accurate information, required content, approvals, access credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in client inputs may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and refund conditions will be defined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused for overdue payments.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. WebCentrick LLP may retain rights to reusable code, tools, frameworks, methods, and general know-how used during development.

Projects may use hosting providers, domains, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, listing platforms, social media platforms, or other third-party services. Their own terms and charges may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCentrick LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, service delays, third-party issues, or business outcomes.
